Jerk Berzerk is our nuts gone tropical rogue. Peanuts, cashews and almonds are coated in a sticky date and maple syrup glaze, then blasted with smoked salt, garlic, onion and smoked paprika. Scotch bonnet and chipotle flakes bring serious heat, while allspice, cloves, cinnamon and a touch of mango powder add warm, sweet island depth.
